ABOUT
Holly Martin, she/her
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying
Holly is deeply connected to her community and brings that collaborative, inclusive spirit into everything she does. Through her work in developmental services, she's learned how to meet people where they are, build trust across differences, and create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to participate fully.
Organized, thoughtful, and naturally curious, Holly asks insightful questions that help clients reflect, gain clarity, and build confidence. She brings warmth and a sense of fun to her work, creating a nonjudgmental, person-centred, and culturally sensitive space where people can explore their challenges and move toward greater clarity and contentment.
Holly uses an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness-based practices. Her adaptable approach supports both immediate relief and long-term growth. While she has a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and families, Holly welcomes clients of all ages.
When she's not in session, Holly stays active in the community she loves and brings a sense of lightheartedness and joy to everything she does.
Sessions: $160 | Covered by extended health benefits
