ABOUT

Taylor Clarke, she/her

Registered Psychotherapist

Taylor is a Registered Psychotherapist.

Taylor brings a calm, steady presence to her work as a therapist - along with Nessie, her 5-year-old Lab/Border Collie therapy dog who's always excited to meet new faces. She also works in community mental health, which keeps her connected to the real challenges people face and the resilience they bring to navigating them.

Taylor works with adults who are navigating the lasting impact of trauma, difficult childhoods, or complicated relationships. She believes that healing happens in connection, when you are met with empathy, authenticity, and respect.

Taylor's approach is relational and person-centred, which means therapy is not about giving advice or "fixing" you. Instead, it's about creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly understood. Together, you'll explore your story at your pace, honour your strengths, and gently work through patterns that may no longer serve you. Taylor believes you are the expert of your life, and therapy is a collaborative journey where you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and confidential environment.

Taylor works with adults 18 and older navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and interpersonal issues, life transitions, trauma, and academic or work-related stress.

Nessie, Taylor's therapy dog, can join sessions when requested. She's a friendly, gentle presence who helps create a calm and supportive atmosphere - whether offering a soft cuddle or simply sitting quietly by someone's side.

When she's not in session, you'll find Taylor staying grounded in her own quiet, thoughtful way.

Sessions: $160 | Covered by extended health benefits

Taylor sees clients at the Perth office. Please reach out to Taylor for more info or to arrange a free consult: taylor@bendwellness.org
