Lillian Gudmundsson
Lillian is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She is currently completing the Clinical requirements for her program here at Bend. She is currently accepting new clients.
Lillian is passionate about taking a holistic view of our overall well-being. She believes in the connection between our body and mind, encouraging others to look at their whole self when it comes to navigating their own mental wellbeing. She operates from a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
She strives to help her clients develop a curiosity about themselves and explore new ways of connecting with themselves and the world around them. Whether a client wishes to make tangible changes, engage in self-reflection, or is simply seeking a safe place to be open and honest, Lillian provides a compassionate and comforting environment for them to explore their goals.
Lillian can support individuals experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, life stressors, interpersonal relationship and emotion regulation. She is able to work with adults, youth, and has a special interest in supporting military spouses and family members.
She also has over 10 years of experience working in the community with youth and feels passionate about continuing to support this population. Additionally, she has also completed introductory training in perinatal mental health and have a keen interest in working with new mothers and parents.
