Lillian Gudmundsson

Lillian has over 10 years of experience working with children and youth in various settings. Starting her career path as a gymnastic coach she has grown to gain experience working with youth across Canada in recreational programming, youth housing and homelessness, employment services, and most recently supporting young people as they navigate the mental health systems.


Lillian has completed a Bachelor of Arts from Ryerson University and has completed a Masters of Counselling Psychology. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with CPRO. 

Lillian’s training includes:

  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR)

  • Movement for Trauma 

  • Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness (PranaShanti Yoga Center) 

  • Mindfulness Counselling Strategies

  • 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

  • Yoga Therapy Fundamentals
