Katelyn uses a strength-based, client-led, and person-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration, trust, and respect. She provides a nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered, heard, and accepted, fostering resilience and self-compassion. Her practice is characterized by empathy, kindness, and a steadfast commitment to supporting clients through their personal and therapeutic transformations. Katelyn is personable, open-minded, accepting, and friendly. She is committed to supporting her clients in a way that is tailored to their individual needs and strengths.
Katelyn supports clients towards growth, change, and insight, using trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and mindfulness techniques. She uses an eclectic approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative, and dyadic developmental practices.
Katelyn specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families. She also welcomes adults into her practice. She sees clients at our Brockville office and virtually on our secure platform.
