Join Deb at The Root Studio for a 6 week series. Whether you are building your practice or are a seasoned Yogi, this inclusive class is for you. Join us as we focus our bodies, minds and hearts, through movement, breath and community.

Riding the Wave: a DBT skills group for teens
Lillian and Deb are excited to offer a 4-week intro to DBT skills group for teens this fall. Dialectical behaviour therapy's main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others.
This group will offer 4 weeks of skills training on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. This is a condensed version of a full DBT program focusing on skill-building.
Facilitated by Deb McGuire, MSW RSW and Lillian Gudmundsson RP (Q)
Dates: Mondays, November 6-27
