Slow Flow
Join Deb for an early morning practice from 6:30-7:30 am each Tuesday in July at The Root Studio in Perth. We’ll awaken the mind, body and heart through a slow and intentional practice.

Intro to Yoga

Ever wanted to attend a Yoga class but have felt intimidated about keeping up or not understanding the prompts? Join Deb at The Root Studio for this Intro class where we will review and practice some fundamentals of a yoga practice – including the physical postures, breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practice. This is an inclusive class - all bodies and abilities are welcome.
